I did log a complaint with you on 18/02/2015 about my Wi Fi contract. Till today they still refuse to refund my money. This is the message they sent me (The WASPA member - Tristar Trading (Opera Telecom)- has informed that they will not be refunding you). I am not happy with this out come. I did not subscribe to their services because this is my internet and I did not use whatsapp on this number, so it is impossible that I could subscribe to their services.Please help. Thanks
