<p><strong>Opera Telecom ******* billing for content services on my Vodacom account</strong></p> <p>I have been *******ly billed for an amount of R 5.00 per day since September 2015, for subscription services by Opera Telecom. I have never subscribed to these services and this was done without my knowledge.<br /><br /> I contacted Vodacom to report this today (12 May 2016) and they say they are unable to assist as they say that I need to contact the 3rd party with whom the subscription sits. They did however assist me to cancel this subscription. Send \STOP ALL WC\" to 30333 to cancel this.<br /><br /> I expect a full refund for this from Opera Telecom for 180 days which amounts to R 900.00 and would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter. I don't know what to do, to get refunded for this ******* deduction.<br /> " </p>
