Opera Telecom ******* billing for content services

I have been *******ly billed for an amount of R43.86 since 16 Feb for subscription services by Opera Telecom. I have never subscribed to these services and this was done without my knowledge.<br> <br> I contacted Vodacom to report this today (20 Apr) and they say they are unable to assist as they say that I need to contact the 3rd party with whom the subscription sits. They did however assist me to cancel this subscription. Send \STOP ALL WC\" to 30333 to cancel this.<br> <br> I then contacted Opera Telecom to ask for a refund for the fees that I have been charged for this unauthorised subscription. They say the service is with something called Odoritech and will contact them about a refund. <br> <br> I expect a full refund for this from Opera Telecom for 64 days which amounts to R2807.04 and would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter. I have also reported this incident to WASPA for investigation.<br> "
