Opera Telecom is going about their business in an underhand and very sly way by placing links on their web email received by smart phones in such that users unwittingly subscribe to their service . In addition , the unsubscribe option is placed in such a way that it misrepresents and gives the false impression of being unsubscribed .By googling their services, it seems they provide a marketing service and have duped many members of the public to their services at R6.02 per day. This method of soliciting business must be stopped .The Consumer Act must provide for protection in instance like these and make it *******. Opera Telecom must be made to refund all they monies plus interest that that have gained from this method of marketing, which is nothing less than theft. Off course attempts to make contact with Opera Telecom are futile.Offices are based in Parkhurst apparently and a visit to their premises may proof to be interesting. Furthermore , I am wondering how the small claims courts would decide .
