Did not Subscribe for this service

I just found out I have been billed every day for a service I did not subscribe for at Operatelecom. This is so not right. How can companies charge us for services we don't know about. this is *******. I have tried calling them but no answer, there web page is under construction. How does Vodacom allow something like this to be added to the Vodacom bill. If this was a service requested I should be able to supply my banking details in order for them to take money, not add to my cell phone. Vodacom is also to blame. I want a refund and I am unable to contact anyone.
