content service on Vodacom account

In March 2016, one of my Vodacom cell numbers (data only) was billed R500 for \content service\" by Vodacom. After many queries, they, Vodacom, said that the content service would be cancelled - but no refund, of course - and that I should contact WASPA. After many emails and phone calls, both Vodacom and WASPA said it would be stopped.That was end of March 2016. I was even refunded monies from Opera Telecom! <br> The next month, April, there is another R700 charge for \"content service\". Not much help from Vodacom who seem not to understand my concern and anger. I have logged with WASPA again.<br> It seems that the only way to permanently stop these \"services\" - that I did not ask for - is to cancel the phone number contract with Vodacom?<br> "
