Billing without permission

I was billed R35 per day for a service I was not aware of and never received or used . Surely their partner in crime should first obtain proof of the contract with Opera peter before !!!!!! they start billing Or ( NOTIFY) THEIR CUSTOMER BEFORE BILLING STARTS ) Vodacom I also hold you responsible for this dilemma and not reacting to all these complaints !
