Billed for Content Services - I have never entered into any Contract with WASP Service Providers

On 2018-07-31 I received my monthly Invoice from Vodacom for an unexceptional high amount of R2024.43. I queried this with Vodacom Helpdesk and was told that an amount of R1914.94 was charged for " Content Services". I have never entered into any contract with Content service providers. Vodacom gave me the names of these providers. They are.

1 Opera Telecoms 2) Base Bone 3) Intarget Mobile Advertising. Vodacom also logged a WASP request to cancel AND SUPP**** ME WITH Reference numbers # ********** ( for ********** 326) and # ********** ( for ********** 863). They also told me that the Service providers will contact me to arrange for payback of the deducted amounts. Up till now only " Intarget Mobile Advertising." contacted me for repayment of R20-00......????

My big surprise came when I received my Invoice for August 2017. I was billed for an amount of R2499.42. Eighty percent of this amount was once again for Content Services provided by the same providers. The Vodacom operator that assisted me said he can't do anything further to assist me. He said that I must contact the providers myself to arrange for repayment.

I have in the meantime corresponded with WASPA to provide me with Contact information fo the Service Providers without success.

Please assist.
