Phone has been captured!!! ********** charges on Vodacom account from Opera Telecom

<p>Noticed daily charge of R4.39 on my vodacom cellphone account since 30 April 2017 from Opera Telecom citing "******r". I did not authorise these charges. Nor did I not opt in for this "service". On hellopeter there are numerous complaints about this service and that no one opted in for the service. Opera Telecom should immediately refund me the +- R220 charged to my account thus far and stop the charges immediately! I will lodge a complaint with WASPA.</p>
