Billed for service I did not agree to

I've been billed over R400 for a "service" I did NOT agree or signed for. And best of all... They use my service provider to get the money. Vodacom and this company works TOGETHER to **** people out of their hard worked money. In times like South Africa is in now, you would think that people look out for each other and not STEEL money!!.
