What a horrible way to start our relationship with OPENTEL!!!!!

Our fiber got installed on Saturday, 10 February 2024 at 08:00am. We were told to wait 24 hours for activation and that our details would be sent to us. We have been trying to contact them since Monday, no one is responding and we are still not activated. What a horrible way to start our relationship with you
