Highly irate, useless service
Almost a month waiting for installation, they sent me invoices but installation was never done,but they insist they did. They don't even reply on email or WhatsApp chats and now I can't go to telkom because I have a pending order with Opentel. Totally unacceptable and beyond irate

Opentel operates like a circus
I app**** for fibre Internet in February and we are going towards May and no installation done to date. Contract was signed and submitted and everytime I follow up, Openserve is blamed for the delay, yet nobody cares to follow up. They don't care a bit about service to a client, and not phased by unhappiness of a client. Suppose that's how they operate, sell their products and to hell with the client thereafter.

Opentel poor customer service
On Saturday i emailed them about my wifi they said that my service is not suspended, there is no technical support available when you try phoning, the number of reception is not working it is off all the time. This is the worse wifi support i ever had. The customer service is poor ypu struggling to get hold of anyone even when you send them a Facebook message. I will not recommend anyone to go to opentel. I will cancel my services with them with immediate affect

POOR COMUNICATION
I Cancelled my service due there was a pricing , and after that they called to tell me i have a outstanding credit which i have been following up for almost two months.
