Double the price and half the service

Opentel was not and is not our choice of service provider. Due to the set up in the complex, we have been forced to use Opentel’s services. It’s an extremely unfair situation since Opentel is also way more expensive than any other internet provider around. They are only available to assist during working hours so good luck to you if your internet is down after 5pm or on the weekend. They also can’t provide you with internet during loadshedding so you pay exorbitant fees to have WiFi for only 12 hours of the day. I can’t wait for the day I can cancel my subscription to Opentel.
