A total ****! You need 90 days notice to cancel, after which your contract 'automatically' renews, thereafter you need to pay an upfront fee for an entire year's worth of services to cancel. Not only that, the device you have been paying ******ionate amounts for is a RENTAL, not even an amount to own! You're paying over R1k a month for a device that only costs R1k when you buy directly from supplier! You even have to pay insurance for this device, which is in addition to the R1k pm. Their services are not cheaper than any other competitor, as it doesn't even include internet (you have to pay separately). Read your fine print, or else you will be stuck with their services for 5 years and then still have to pay a full year's worth to cancel them! There is a reason they do not have a Facebook or Google page! They do not want negative reviews to be read!
