Bad service from Monique

I'm really not impressed with how monique from open link handled my payment today, i did not pay for the wifi for the months which i had not been using it due to electricity issues yet they tell me i owe them for those months, how do i owe something which j have not been using for months.i did not pay for a reason and suddenly I'm owing then. I regret installing the wifi
