Worst service, Ooba building insurance

We have been with Ooba building insurance for more than 10 years on all three our properties. Since they changed underwriters their business has gone to the dogs .

We had a leaking pipe in our roof, took us two follow up calls for someone to come out , after 5 days still no feedback, we contacted them and was told about a leaking garden tap!!!!!! Not even the roof pipe that leaked and damaged our walls and ceilings. We said to them the pipe was leaking in our roof , how can a garden tap outside damage our ceilings and walls. They don’t know what they doing-!!!!!!

They declined a claim on a pool repair we requested, their reasoning was total bull.

It’s been a week and we still waiting feedback. We have been the ones making contact with them always.

Sorry Ooba I am taking my business elsewhere after 10 years of being your client.

People don’t waste your money with this company, they quick to take your money but not quick to give you service.
