Worst service in the industry.

Your claims administrators are the worst service delivery in the industry. @ 4-sure. Worst. They never return emails or calls. If they answer you can hear them chatting to each other in background and ignoring the call or just cut the call as the answer. OOBA does absolutely nothing even when reporting to their complaints department. I am wasting my airtime following up on claims.
