Worst service I have ever received

Worst service I have ever received. Mails get ignored. Constantly get told you will be updated before the close of business and it does not ever happen. Claims are handled through a company called 4sure who are completely *********** and like to educate you on how their system works when requesting an update. You can’t get hold of supervisors or team leaders on the phone because they don’t take calls from customers and when dealing on email your questions are ignored or answered in a round about way. Nightmare insurance company.
