Worst Insurer ever

what a ****py insurance, they are good until you have to put in a claim. Don't do it, I wish I had never even heard of them. I had a burst pipe not from wear and tear and I was told its not covered because its not concealed even though its in the ceiling in the roof. apparently because there is a trap door, its not considered as concealed.
