WORST INSURANCE EVER OOBA INSURE

i have had the worst experience with Ooba insurance. They have declined a claim for an underground leak. There reason is there was Rust in the pipe. But they cant explain to me how do you maintain an underground pipe. The refuse to send the report from the plumber. When i try to dispute, they cant assist and tell me to contact Guardrisk but you cant get through to them.

MY PREVIOUS CLAIM A COUPLE OF YEARS AGO WAS ALSO DECLINED AND THE REASON WAS THE WRONG NAILS WERE USED IN THE CEILING. HOW DO I KNOW, I BOUGHT THE HOUSE LIKE THIS.
