Worst Insurance Ever
I have an existing claim with OOBA since 13th November 2023.
Since I laid a complaint on Hellopeter last week Saturday, I received 1 call and email and they promised to follow-up on my claim and get back to me. Well is no surprise its been 3 days since then and I have heard nothing.
Zorhan Mokoele, Andile Nkosi, Tobiso , Busiswe are all the people who promised to look into my claim and revert but they are doing nothing. I have submitted CIL invoices to the email address *** but I have had no response at all. There is just no feedback. I still await the approval for the repair of my pool solar panel, refund for the building repairs done and for the carpet replacement.
OOBA IS THE WORST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH, I am now taking this to the ombudsman.
