WORST INSURANCE COMPANY
On the 28 December we called Ooba Insurance and lodged a claim for the rear wall of the bathroom, the assessor came out on the 05.01.2022,on the 07.01.2022 i called in daily there after to get feedback regarding the claim.
i was then told the boundary wall was rejected,I then told them we havent claimed for the boundary wall.
Toady is the 18.01.2022 and they have still not given me feedback.
my advise rather go with outsurance or nedbank they are quick and efficient than these fly by night companies that just take our premiums to pay their staff and get rich.
