WORST EXPERIENCE
WE have had THE WORST experience with Ooba. On the 7th of January our house flooded while we were out, thanks to water pipes bursting in the area and being switched on and off all week. We called Ooba, and have had 2 sets of inspections. Since then we have heard NOTHING from them. We call daily and keep being told it is being escalated. They keep promising to call US, but we have not received one single call or update. Our floors are completely ruined and we pay money EVERY month for these exact circumstances. ACCIDENTS!!! Ooba have been terrible to deal with, and are yet to help with ANYTHING. We don't know what to do anymore. Our floors are ruined and our insurance is playing hide and seek. Not doing the ONE job we pay them for.
