WORST COMPANY EVER

Worst company to every have building insurance with. Have been with them for 9 years and every claim we put through is declined. They send out assessors that they work hand in hand with and get the claims rejected. They claim to cover XYZ and then when you want to claim they reject it according to the assessor reports even though the reports are completely wrong and as much pictures and proof you send them the **** assessors reports are always correct. Apparently the assessors get a commission for every rejected claim.
