We put in a claim for water damage about a month ago
We put in a claim for water damage about a month ago. They sent people to come and take photos twice. We received messages to rate the work that has been done, but no work has been done and you only get promises. They will phone you back, but that doesn't happen. After numerous phone calls and emails sent by us, we still don't have any answers about the claim. 🙁
