Water damage

<p>Very bad service. Had a water pipe that bust. Waited 2 days for pluber...</p> <p> </p> <p>Customer service then informed me that they will only asess the situation before they can fix the damage. If for any reason - even the type of pipes used, that they find the claim is not valid the cost will be for my bill.</p> <p> </p> <p>Tried to phone ooba directly but no answer... Typical</p> <p> </p> <p>Worst service ever....</p>
