Warning against using OOBA building insurance
Pathetic and useless. Do not ever use this company.
Accepting premium payments is super efficient, but they will not return your calls or emails. Their call centre cuts you off more times than you actually get to speak to someone. There are no reference numbers for your phone calls, so good luck trying to confirm what someone said.
Stay well clear.
