Waiting for refund of 12 months

Ooba has been debiting my account since last year and the debit order only stopped in July 2020 a year later. I had not started paying for the bond or staying in the house.

The house was not completed and no transfers had been made. Please could Ooba/ Hollard refund me all the monthly debits which Ooba has been deducting since July 2019.

I'm done with all the excuses I want my refund. I've sent through all the documentation/ proof which you had requested for.
