Very disappointed
This is the second time I put a claim in for my roof balks that broke everytime they keeps saying lack of maintenance my roof all that is keeping my roof from collapsing is my kitchen cupboard at the moment life threatening but they just don't give a darn the balk broke that is why the tiles moved and it rain in after the balk broke it did not brake because it was leaking I am very disappointed will sent pictures as my kitchen cupboard is holding my roof
