URGENT UPDATE: Still No Resolution for Fallen Tree Claim

URGENT UPDATE: Still No Resolution for Fallen Tree Claim

At the beginning of January, I submitted a claim regarding a fallen tree on my property due to severe rains in December 2023. Since then, I've diligently followed up with the necessary reports from service providers as requested. However, despite assurances that the claim has been processed and a payment will be made towards my account, I find myself still waiting.

We're now well into mid-March, and the tree remains an obstruction, preventing me from accessing my garden area. Each time I reach out for an update, I'm met with yet another excuse, leaving me increasingly frustrated and inconvenienced.

It's disheartening to feel like my concerns aren't being taken seriously, especially when I've provided all the necessary documentation and comp**** with the process. As a homeowner, this situation not only impacts my ability to enjoy my property but also poses potential safety hazards.

I urge the responsible parties to expedite the resolution of my claim and provide the assistance promised. It's time for action, not more delays. My patience has worn thin, and I deserve timely compensation for the damages incurred. If anyone has experienced a similar situation or has advice on how to navigate such challenges effectively, your insights would be greatly appreciated. Together, let's shed light on this issue and work towards a swift resolution. Thank you for your support and understanding
