Unpleasant service. Pathetic customer service.

Most pathetic service ever. Sorry I would never ever recommend the insurance from OOBA. pipe broke 29 Nov 2023 and contacted them about 20 times. Email and calls. Left a review on hello Peter after my endless struggle and then received a call. They promised they would make this right and " sorry for the inconvenience" guess what all the particulars was sent on 2 Dec 2023 and to this day nothing. You guys are a terrible insurance company and I cant wait to chance service providers. Never ever in my life again. Bladdy pathetic and to think I also have a life cover with yall too. I dont even want to know how my family would struggle to get my bond settled. You just another small fish in a big pond. Ooba don't care about their clients. No feedback. No calls no emails. I have alot to say. But I will stick to the fact that this is the most unreliable insurance provider I have encounter.
