I have sent an email last week to cancel my policy. Today i even sent an email to cancel my claim and policy. No feedback. I have never in my life received such terrible assistance. A big thank you to Liezel Scarfini that is working in the bond protector department for trying her utmost best to assit us. Even Wendy. We really wish not to have any business with ooba4sure please. The service they render is bad. Staff inconsistant. You are being kept long on hold. Sorry we can pay and get service like this. Please cancel our claim and policy.
