My claim has been denied because they are an "inclusion" policy. They sell you a policy with all the bells and whistles ....until its time to claim. I still dont have a rejection letter and the refuse to give me the sales recording They advise you that its comprehensive cover...yet its not. They have an ********* policy wording that doesnt say clearly what and what you arent covered for.

Best yet when you cancel the policy, reverse your premium they threaten you with your bond agreement....what a joke!
