Unauthorized policy

I am so shocked and disappointed at the same I had initially requested a quote for a joint bond but then canceled as the joint bond was canceled to my surprise the person I wanted to purchase with went ahead and purchased then suddenly the policy has been amended without my consent from both ooba and hollard I would never again use ooba for any services.
