Unacceptable Service
Shocking service!!! I have NEVER waited this long for feedback with regards to an insurance claim. My claim for a leaking pool filter was captured 22 January 2024 and STILL no feedback has been received. Eventually called Ooba directly, dealt with Sebastian (last week) who promised to revert with feedback.. This week he doesn't remember me and just transfers me to 4-SURE... 1 month down the line and my filter is still leaking!!! Unacceptable!!!!
