Two years paying for no insurance?

Two years paying for home insurnace, when claming for water damage, then delays and two weeks later, find excuses for not honouring claim. with non valid reason.

Why ***** our hard earned cash for two years and assure us insured when first sign of assistance needed, blame or excuse anything you can to get out of it. Not even the guts to contact me, but have to follow up for two weeks to hear a "aah , hmm aah, eeew, no we can't because of a house extension years before you bought it" why didn't you say anything for last two years..... just took money

Then you should not have assured us of home insurance or asked to fix anything before offering insurance monthly for two years. Pathetic. circulating, do NOT use boba.
