Too much trouble
The company that handles the insurance is Hollard Insurance . All went well and got everything . I requested the letter for stopping the debit at the bank it never came and now they claim they paid the 12 months whereas statement from the bank shows its clearly 11 moths Its a horrible experience and a lot of following up is a must. I was at my lowest couldn't handle that added stress
