They'll find any reason to reject a claim
Honestly avoid them at all costs. It took a week and a half to reject a claim of our ceiling collapsing because according to them the beams were too far apart but no inspection was done and no set distance is mentioned anywhere in the insurance policy. Before you even consider these pieces of human garbage please go read the Google reviews as I'm convinced 99% of the Hello Peter 5 star ratings are ****.
