They give terrible excuses not to pay your claim:

Wait till you apply for a claim, that's when you hear all sort of grammar explaining why they won't pay.

Firstly, my property was vandalised and I submitted for claim, the excuse they gave for not paying was shocking.

Secondly, the storm in KZN resulted in roof leak. I called for claim and it took their disrespectful contractor forever to come. When he came, he refused to even climb the roof to see where the?leak is coming from. He just Sw the water dripping down the wall and he concluded that he got what he wants.

Ooba refused to pay, citing lack of maintenance. I wonder how they came to that conclusion.
