They do not payout claims, worst service!

Worst service ever! they are robbing people, I registered a Geyser claim in November 2023, contractor was appointed and I was told the Geyser will be replaced and I paid excess fee, contractor kept on missing appointments and finally they installed a faulty geyser that I had to fix myself since Ooba said they will refund me, till to date the 2nd of April 2024 no refund has been made, they give you 1000 calls making empty promises.
