They are giving me a run around to fix my home damages after a geyser bust
They are giving me a run around to fix my home damages after a geyser bust. They are pretending they can't hear me on a call, authorised to fix but changed and say I haven't got enough now forcing me to sign for 10000 less than damages.

20 Jan 2026, 18:20Any insurance out there call for a quotation coz these people don't know how to run an insurance business. People don't be fooled look elsewhere don't waist your money. I couldn't even find them for two days after the incident if it was fire my house would have been none existing by now. Apology without action is nothing

22 Jan 2026, 21:2127 days later no one is doing action abt my claim ,it's useless calls and emails that are not fixing anything , u would be stupid to sign up with this company for sure worse service in my entire life. Everyone is not prepared to do their job from call centre to constructors everything is ****.
