The worst service ever from an insurance company
On Tuesday 11 June Loyd from oobasure said he's gonna settle the claim that was lodge more than 2mnths ago he ddnt phone back as promised and on Wednesday 12 June Richard phoned and I hd to explained the same thing about the claim of stormdamage again.They keep on sending service providers to assess the damages but no settlement or fixing are mentioned.How long does it take for payout and I asked them is it because I'm a coloured that they dragging with the claim but no answers or solutions.

13 Jun 2024, 11:04I honestly regret taking an insurance policy with ooba because they don't deliver after they send 6 service providers to do assessments and I gv them my full cooperation to travel from cape Town to porteville evry time without any compensation and then still treated like this it's unacceptable. Pay out for my cracked windows,loose sliding door roof blown off and storeroom that collapse during a storm
