The reason for my four star rating

I love the service received from the guy who called me. He explained everything in detail and answered all of my questions. I experienced some network issues while on the phone with him and connection line had cut the call about three times, he was kind enough to call me back each time the line dropped and continued the conversation. There is one thing that I am a little disappointed about, he mentioned that he will be sending me an email the following Monday with all the information that we had already discussed, confirmed my email, and it was correct. I never received the email about all the information we spoke about, it has been three weeks already and still have not received the email that he said he would send me.
