Terrible customer service and turnaround time
Terrible service, no sense of customer service. A hassle to get information, seems like everyone is on holiday. Submitted a claim on the 16/05/2020 its now the 14/07/2022 and still not finalized. Advice.. STAY AWAY FROM THIS INSURANCE COMPANY. I will be cancelling my policy as soon as they done with this claim.. Nirvesh Ramchuran
