Terrible Customer Service

Absolute terrible customer service .They give no feedback and do not return calls.After submitting a claim in April after the heavy rains they took forever to send an assessor out ,we would call numerous times as this was the boundary walls that collapsed they kept saying they waiting for quotes will call back and never did.Eventully they said they are rejecting the claim it is now almost 2 months and we are still waiting for the letter.They are the worst company I have come across with the way they deal with customer .Absolutely ridiculous .
