Straightforward water pressure pump claim.

My water pressure pump was damaged by lighting. All documentation and photos were sent a month ago to 4-Sure. Since then I phoned them every second day, spending 15 - 20 minutes on the phone I had to resend all the documentation every time. With a heatwave in our area, it made the emergency even bigger. This is a straightforward claim that they are unable to handle. You'll make a big mistake if you think you going to have ease of mind by insuring with this company. Pathetic!
