Stay away from OOBA Insure!!
Stay away from OOBA Insure. Not only are they an administrative NIGHTMARE when you want to claim, but they take hours to log a call to their service providers, after they promise you to do it the same day. Then their service providers - they are absolutely shocking! They give Ooba a bad, bad name. The guys came to look at my geyser, barely spend 20min on site, only replaced the element, but 4 days later the issue is still not resolved, i'm still waiting for them to fix the issue, and they simply don't care or follow up. Save your money and don't use them!
