I wish I knew this prior to signing up and will move everything I have away from OOBA. I will inform everyone I know accordingly including social media about this joke of an insurance company.

My roof is maintained, sealed, painted etc. heavy rains breaks through and damages ceilings, beds, floors and now run the risk of damaging cupboards, roof trusses and my families safety. But 'due to a INCORRECT INFORMATION about a supposed loose roof ***** the claim is rejected'! they also cant give me proof of this and wont get back to me regarding the rejection. this will enjoy prime time on social media and go to every person I have ever done business with.
