Sinkhole damage

I don't like writing bad reviews but it has been over a week since I contacted Ooba regarding a sink hole in our garden. The boundary wall has started sinking and the ground is giving way under our feet. The sinkhole has started off small but as soon as we get rain it gets bigger and bigger. We had to use bricks to cover most of the sinkhole and keep our neighbors dogs out of our yard. I need to know if it will be fixed or will I need to get someone out to fix it as it is growing by the day, and the rain is not helping the matter.
