Shinning STAR at Ooba

Hi Renatta Singh is an absolute star at Ooba. She has assisted me in the past with my claim and again on Friday the 15 August 2025. Not many people are as efficient and professional as Renata Singh and I hope this Management Team would take the time and trouble to look after this type of assest to Ooba. Listens very well, understands, and has the means to deal and resolve problems in a few hours , which sometimes are dealt with by 5 or 6 people who are clueless about efficiency or professionalism. I cannot thank you enough for this not just brilliant service that you offer, but at the pace my issues were resolved.
